Cancellation Policy:

At Pablo Enrique Beauty Cave, we value your time — and ours. To ensure the best experience for all clients, we kindly ask you to review and respect our cancellation policy.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 1 week notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules. This allows us to offer your spot to someone else on our waiting list.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of the booked service or you can redeem the amount in hair products.

No-Shows: Clients who miss their appointment without prior notice will be charged **100% of the service fee and may be required to pre-pay for future.
