Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 72 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules. This allows us to offer your spot to someone else on our waiting list.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your scheduled appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the booked service.

No-Shows: Clients who miss their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service fee and may be required to pre-pay for future.
